А как вы определяете наверняка, что человек является лицемером? По каким признакам вам удаётся легко их вычислить? В этом деле можно ошибиться, для этого нужно достаточно хорошо знать людей.
That generally belongs to moral issues but just listening and observing are enough to spot,
Such as;
say some thing to someone’s face but do different thing behind, they can easily change their opinion to gain acceptance from people they can not defend any kind of mentality. They behave for their personal interest etc.
Of course giving them enough time to show themselves, although first impression is quite important.
Listening rather than talking will help ;)
